We are looking for somebody from Interaction, Digital Product Design, Multimedia, or Game development. Who can work as a UI/UX Designer to help us empower the UI Design System. Knowledge of Figma is a must. Knowledge of UI development is preferable.

Are you passionate about bridging the gap between design and development? We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer with strong technical skills to create a scalable design system that will streamline our future projects. Your role will help transform how we prototype, making development faster and more efficient—without reinventing the wheel every time.

What You'll Be Doing
As a UI/UX Designer, you’ll collaborate closely with our UX Development lead and UX-UI designers in the Netherlands. You’ll empower us with our Design System to build interactive, functional user interfaces that balance stunning visuals with technical feasibility for embedded software. Most importantly, you will support the UX lead with creating a component library to set the foundation for the next generation of HW/UX integration.

The ASKO story is a good one. It started on a farm in Vara, Sweden, back in 1950. A young, innovative man built a washing machine to ease his mother’s burden. In those days, it was a unique, energy and water-efficient machine. It had superior cleaning performance, with built-in water heating, spinning and a durable stainless steel structure. Others wanted a machine too, and soon serial production began.

Development skills is a pre. Highly valued (game development background? Even better!).
Hoe is de HBO-begeleiding georganiseerd?: Ton is your personal tutor. You work together with him in a small design team of 5 experts.
Ervaring met eerder begeleide stages : Almost every year we have students working in our office. Your tutor (Ton) was a teacher in Digital Screen Design and Figma.
