This role is at the center of our Holding team in Rotterdam. We've got a mix of skills here, from Finance and Hospitality to Recruitment, People & Culture, IT Support and Marketing. JOB PURPOSE

Are you a technical person who is a bit different? Then we are looking for you for our office in Rotterdam.

Please note: For this role, we are looking for someone with a fluent level of Dutch and English language.

We don't have a standard IT infrastructure. We have no servers, no domain, and not even a system administrator. But we have a state of art SaaS based environment that includes Google Workspace, Dropbox, Google Apps, Slack, JAMF, O365, Adobe Suite and many other enterprise applications, and a WiFi network that more than 300 Mac and Windows users depend upon daily. We rely on you to keep this all going. In addition, we give you the key to the cupboard with all our digital toys. You are a technical expert, our go-to person, our rock in times of need.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively participate in the IT/tech support processes, have daily interactions with internal users and will take part in finding solutions to basic technical problems;
  • Help your colleagues with installing specific software, basic hardware troubleshooting, connecting the tap, repairing bar chairs or replacing the sound systems;
  • You ensure that our hardware stock is complete and up-to-date so that everyone in our Rotterdam office can do their digital magic;
  • Support company events.

Functie-eisen stagiair (kennis, vaardigheden, houding, ervaring, competenties): WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Can communicate well in both Dutch and English;
Are service-oriented, get energy from helping people and are not averse to a bit of lugging;
Have basic knowledge of macOS, Windows,iOS and Android;
Have basic knowledge of Gmail, Dropbox, O365;
Have basic knowledge of computer HW&SW principles
Know how to use your hands and tools, from printer to a cordless drill;
Want to learn a lot of new things;
Available for a minimum of 16 hours per week.
