To celebrate 30 years of our company’s existence, we are looking for an enthusiastic Communication & Multimedia Design (CMD) intern who wants to make a real impact.

During this internship, you will actively work on improving our effective communication with the outside world and our digital presence. You will research, design, test, and create communication solutions that help us share our story in a clear, modern, and sustainable way.

This is a hands-on CMD internship with real responsibility, room for experimentation, and visible results — ideal for students who want to connect theory to practice.

Who Are We Looking For?

You are a Communicatie & Multimedia Design (CMD) student who loves combining creativity, communication, and digital design.

You recognize yourself in the following:

  • HBO CMD student with a VWO-level way of thinking
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written)
  • Passionate about digital communication, design, and storytelling
  • Curious, proactive, and not afraid to take initiative
  • Well organized and able to plan your own work independently
  • Solution-oriented with a strong “can-do” mindset
  • Confident in pitching ideas and explaining your design decisions
  • Interested in working within a science-driven, knowledge-based environment
  • You already have a portfolio showcasing design, multimedia, or communication projects

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you will work at the intersection of interaction design, visual design, and communication. You help shape ideas into clear, engaging digital experiences.

You’ll:

  • Think about user experience and interaction (UX thinking)
  • Create strong visual designs and storytelling concepts
  • Translate ideas into prototypes and design directions
  • Collaborate with technical and scientific professionals
  • Help make complex information clear, engaging, and accessible
